For the application of Taipei City workers' accident compensation of its self-governance ordinance is defined as follows:
1. A household residence or holding a working permit of Taipei City, and has been employed in the sectors that Labor Standards Act or Labor Safety and Health Act is applicable to.
2. A self-managing and operating of a company who has a household residence or holding working permit of Taipei City.
